The staff were amazing, kind, and helpful.
The view from my room was everting that I wished for, everything was close by, transport via the subway also.

We had an unfortunate start to the stay. The staff told me to go in and they will bring the luggage in. They forgot a laptop bag in the car. The whole holiday was wasted chasing that laptop.

Loved the hotel. I would say the only thing I didn’t like was the fact you had to access toilets in the cellar by means of the lift only from the lobby/foyer area and it could be busy, as there wasn’t any stair access.
Otherwise this is a great hotel with friendly staff, lovely breakfasts and great location 👍

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.
