Hollyburn Country Club Kid friendly Vacations

This hotel was close proximity to everything. I absolutely loved that we had a suite and with a grocery store a minute walk away we were able to make some of our own meals. This hotel offered everything we needed and more. Definitely would stay here again.

This is the perfect downtown location. The hotel rooms are gorgeous with excellent amenities. I couldn't think of a single negative thing to say; one of the best hotel experiences Ive ever had.

Good location but unfortunate they don’t prioritize hygiene… Overall the hotel is nice and is in a convenient location that is very walkable. Room and bathroom are both spacious. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned after being out all day from 8:30 until after 3pm, and was only cleaned after asking reception about it. Even then, wasn’t very thoroughly cleaned; they didn’t replace any towels, water, Kleenex or even take out the garbage. No evening turn down service either. Surprising housekeeping practices considering they are one of the “leading hotels of the world” and “luxury”. Felt overpriced for bare minimum service. Disappointing experience.

Place was very nice and close to so much downtown vancouver

The lobby and reception areas are very dark and kind of depressing.

The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. We didn’t because once we were out we just found coffee. We did have difficulty finding a breakfast spot for earlier on Sunday morning. Thankfully, our host gave us a later check out so we had time to walk several blocks and search out a breakfast spot and then return for our luggage before heading out for our cruise ship.
