Piers Island Kid friendly Vacations

So glad I cancelled my original hotel and rebooked at Keefer, after prices finally dropped following the ridiculous world cup inflation. The apartment had washer/dryer, which I didn't even know about (maybe I missed reading it in the description), and AC was on cold. Bed was comfy. Bathrobes were provided (but no slippers). It's a new building with good insulation. I barely heard a neighboring couple having sex, almost thought the female's intermittent sounds were some other strange sound. My unit faced the back alley and there was noise from garbage trucks and other trucks beeping. Location is great--close to Chinatown skytrain station and T&T supermarket, right next to Keefer Bar and other great restaurants in Chinatown. Also recommend the Chinese-Canadian museum.

The room was very nice. Loved the color of the walls - funny thing to comment on but it was very pleasing. Great windows that bring in much light.,very clean, modern, on a street that is “happening”. Good restaurants dry close nearby: very pleasant staff. No parking but free valet and at a moment’s notice.,staff were warm people who were helpful. No breakfast for a cafe through a door from the lobby, great parties. Loved this place!

Impressive building and large room with a balcony - no view but still good. Electric shades and curtains felt quite luxurious. Swimming pool/nightclub was a bit odd but still a bonus. Complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch.

Rooms : very clean and comfortable. Service : even if the services are all virtual, but support was really quick and very helpful. Location : super good location. there are so many good restaurants nearby.

The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. We didn’t because once we were out we just found coffee. We did have difficulty finding a breakfast spot for earlier on Sunday morning. Thankfully, our host gave us a later check out so we had time to walk several blocks and search out a breakfast spot and then return for our luggage before heading out for our cruise ship.
