Our room was clean, our beds were comfy. I loved the staff, they were very friendly, especially the guys in the front of the hotel outside

Clean room, great service

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful and comfortable. Housekeeping is particularly attentive and all of the service is excellent.

Ambiance and amenities were great. Parking situation was a bit inconvenient but nothing to really complain about. Staff was professional and friendly.

Our stay at the Sun Rose West Hollywood was simply fantastic! Where to start? The staff was wonderful, the room spacious and clean, the rooftop bar and pool were amazing (the views!) and the food at Merois just delicious. The Sun Rose has the best hotel gym I've ever seen (not just weights and machines but also a separate room for stretching, yoga etc.) and a lovely spa. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you!

The room is small but okay.The shower is really light. We were only there one night so it was fine for the night. The breakfast is good.

Rooms smells something , maybe from cleaning agent that cant tolerate so we opened the front and back door for air circulation but smell stays the same. Not sure if its from the carpet.
