The maid service was poor. The food was okay. The price for a massage was to high. However it was close to Woodfield Shopping Mall. I paid for the room and still they had several more fees. The service simply was not there.

Very dirty. Dog poops in the hallway. Smell of smoke everywhere including in the nonsmoking rooms. Very poor quality beds. No utensils in the room. Spoiling the franchise name.
