Disney's Boardwalk Cheap Vacations

A/C units were not working , I called the front desk they couldn’t send anyone to fix it. I requested portable fans and they said they didn’t have any. The weather was so hot and humid. I had kids with me. It was terrible. Not enough towels or blankets.

Me and my fiancé got a cottage just for me and him and it was beautiful! It made us feel like we were at home with all the amenities we also cooked a home made meal they had all the pans, plates, etc.. we did have to rewash current stuff there was still food on them from who knows when. Also one of the pillow sheets were really dirty we just removed it. Other than that everything was amazing also we loved the H2O water park! We mostly differently will be back !

The value for our money was great. We had a few issues, but with the price and the fact that we were able to get one place for all of us to stay together, we were very happy. Now, the issues we had were that we arrived at 3:30 PM for our 4 PM check-in, thinking maybe we might be able to get in early, since we ran out of things to do while waiting, and it was very hot that day. We were told our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be for a while. We finally got a text at almost 6 PM. Another issue that really bothered us a lot was that the pool bar area would close early for food and drinks almost every night. We wanted to enjoy some relaxing time after the parks, and sometimes the food would be closed down before we even arrived. Hours before it was supposed to, even when there were many guests enjoying the pool at the time. The only breakfast options right at the resort don't open until 9 am and close at 10:30 AM. This seems extremely late for guests who would want to eat before they leave for a park or anywhere for the day. Especially when it is right at the pool area, and the pool even opens at 8 AM. Even with the few issues, we will definitely stay here again. I hope that these things are taken into consideration since other guest were saying the same thing while we were there.

We had 3 bedroom villa and all rooms were clean and good quality furniture. Conveniently located within 20 minutes drive to all the locations.

Everything was great with the exception of wait staff for breakfast ! They completely ignore you unless you want the buffet .. very rude every time we tried to eat there . Otherwise the staff is great . Just don’t eat breakfast there !

The hotel staff were great! The restaurant was extraordinary. Ginger was a great waitress! The spa service was relaxing. Rose did an excellent job. I gave it 4 stars based on price alone. The hotel room had standard amenities and standard size. Nothing special and not worth $450/night. Would definitely go back to restaurant.

We have stayed here twice now for a cheer competition at the Orange County Convention Center. It's a convenient location to Uber from. About 15 minutes away. Both times it was very clean. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a kitchen, very convenient. This is a large property, it's walkable and they have shuttles, but that may be a concern for some!

There were so many halls and doors, in our bed room we could hear everybody coming in and out of the hallways. And the doors were so heavy there was no way they couldn’t slammed it. But the personnel was quick and very friendly.
