Excellent condo and staff very friendly.

Beautiful location and clean. Very nice but my husband considers this “fake luxury” not a traditional luxury experience so he didn’t like how much the word “luxury” was thrown out. We still had a lovely time though and the views and location is truly breathtaking and you can’t beat it.

Beautiful outdoor pool areas, and great location. However, our room was 800 steps from the lobby (about as far as you can go and still be on the resort). It was billed as an upgrade when we checked in, but the long walk and ground level room with a lot of moisture in the room made it less than ideal thus the 4 rather than 5 stars

Comfortable sleeping, lovely surroundings. We missed the hot tub Parking was sparse at times Still we love KaEo Kai

Our stay here at Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas was just as we expected, Beautiful, relaxing and peacful. Lots of activities to do here , we rented out a few bikes. The room was clean and spotless. Perfect for our honeymoon, would definitely stay here again when we visit this beautiful island of Kauai.

Staff should have asked if we were ok with a handicap room - my husband is 6'2", so it was uncomfortable. The vanity was TINY - there was no room for our toiletries. A/C very loud. Floor was dirty - we spilled some water and when we wiped it up, the washcloth was filthy. Good location as we wanted to explore both N and S sides of the island. Nice pool area and loved the chairs sitting out to look at the ocean. Fitness Center had great equipment.
