The hotel was close to restaurant and sites. If you are going on a cruise the ships are across the street from the hotel. the only thing I personally did not like was that my room was missing a safe and a microwave. they brought my microwave two days later but no safe otherwise our stay was wonderful.

The majority of the staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. Eimy at the front desk treated us like family, and the female supervisor over food and beverage provided exceptional service in accommodating my food allergies. Brenda and Wanda in Aleli were excellent waitresses. The staff at Oceans Pool Bar were great as well. Meals were a little pricey but the food quality was above standard. There were several dining options in walking distance that were reasonably priced. The ocean side view on the 16th floor was everything one could ask for on a vacation. The proximity of the beach was a huge plus. Comfortable bed, huge shower, and updated rooms. The renovation was done well.

Nice property. The one complaint I have is the $200 dollars credit they advertised in the app. I went to the hair salon to use the credit and if I want to used it they will raise the price of a haircut plus the percentage you will have to pay. So is really not a credit is just false advertisement!

The ease of not having to leave the resort to enjoy the island….

The Resort was beautifully well kept. I had a view of the Golfing area, and the Lake. It was nice and quiet, but a bit far for our liking to the restaurants. The food was very good, but sometimes cold. The Pools were amazing. Activities were good, and our housekeeper Ramona was amazing. Our room was always very clean, and well kept.
