"You have an amazing staff at the overworked check-in/bar/restaurant area. The day we checked in, 2 people were working an extremely busy time - serving guests drinks and food, checking in new arrivals, and cleaning up the area. The two young guys working during our evening there were definitely doing the work of at least 4 people. They still provided friendly, helpful customer service and cheerful dispositions. "A wonderful hotel and an exceptional experience was marred by one of the worst breakfast experiences we can recall. Although we arrived in the dining area at 9:15am - still 45 minutes til the end of service, there was little left. No eggs or any side dish. No batter left for waffles. "Hotel is under renovation. We stayed there before and will be back. If you have allergies it’s big issue. Dog friendly hotel. Restaurant has to improve a lot. I ordered risotto and got lot of water. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer lake access a little drive from hotel. Kayaking and standing boards are provided."
