"You have an amazing staff at the overworked check-in/bar/restaurant area. The day we checked in, 2 people were working an extremely busy time - serving guests drinks and food, checking in new arrivals, and cleaning up the area. The two young guys working during our evening there were definitely doing the work of at least 4 people. They still provided friendly, helpful customer service and cheerful dispositions. I don't know how they did it!

"A wonderful hotel and an exceptional experience was marred by one of the worst breakfast experiences we can recall.
Although we arrived in the dining area at 9:15am - still 45 minutes til the end of service, there was little left. No eggs or any side dish. No batter left for waffles. There weren’t even coffee cups til we asked for some more to be brought out.
There was syrup on the floor, where it had been for at least half an hour prior, per reports of those who’d been there.
