"The property was lovely! Conveniently located a short distance from the train station, the hotel was charming and well-kept. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful and gracious and the restaurants and dining were excellent. We did arrive during a rare heat wave the and the air-conditioning was nowhere near cool enough. But the staff provided a fan, and I imagine heat is not a frequent problem in Zermatt!"
