"Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

Einrichtung und Dekoration hätten wir uns für diesen Mietpreis hochwertiger gewünscht. Die Sauberkeit war (speziell in der Coronazeit) grenzwertig. "Unique, historic property in the town centre. Very well presented and outfitted. Compact for a family of 4 and some important clarifications below. It is important to clarify that the amenities are really not as described. The pool, hot tub and spa are on the other side of the city centre about a 7 minute walk from the property. "Our room #4 was amazing with a big deck and Awesome view of the Matterhorn. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The location is perfect in the center of town. The room came with a full breakfast and they cook eggs any way you want. "

Beautiful and pleasant stay

"Our anniversary trip to Swiss was unforgettable thanks to BEAUSiTE. Quality of their service was beyond our expectations, such as a welcome message note along with the afternoon snacks provided daily on a beautiful china set as well as providing bottle water as we check out to keep us hydrated during our travels. Everything little details were organized thoughtfully to make guests feel comfortable and pleasant. Sabrina at the front was very professional and thoughtful as well as rest of the other staffs at the hotel. They also provided the pick up service to and from the hotel on a cute electronic shuttle bus following the environmental guidelines of the village(no gasoline vehicles) Overall it was a very pleasant and memorable stay and I would definitely come back."

Matterhorn views didn’t disappoint

"we had a very nice large room on the top floor with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The pool was very nice and had special jets that helped ease our muscles after a long day of hiking. The hotel was just far enough off the main strip we didn’t hear the all the noise of any late night activities but still close enough we could walk to all shops and restaurants. If we ever make it back to Switzerland we will be looking to stay here again. "
