Hotel room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We had a lovely mountain view. Breakfast had lots of options and food was replenished often. Staff made sure tables were cleaned quickly too so no wait for tables even when breakfast was busy. We used shuttle to and from train station and drivers were excellent and informative.

Great location!!! If it’s available I recommend you reserve a room with a view of the Matterhorn, as well as, include breakfast. Loved being able to walk to everything. Cable cars, restaurants, shopping, train station all within a short distance. Our room was great. The staff was incredible.

やはりバスタブがなかったがシャワーブースがやはり狭い。バスタオルは何十年も使ったかのように雑巾よりも硬い。またシャワーの勢いは自宅のシャワートイレよりも勢いがない。 　しかしスタッフは皆親切で愛想が良い。こぢんまりとしたホテルだが清掃は行き届いている感じだ。スタッフ達は皆親切で感じがいい。朝食は初日はしょぼい感じがしたが二日目はこれはこれでいいじゃないかという感じ。単純にパン自体もうまいしトマトジュースの横にでっかいタバスコの瓶を置いておいてくれるのも印象がいい。若い女の子がジュース置き場をまめに拭いてくれるのもいいじゃないか。このホテルは贅沢な造りでもなく部屋は狭いが好感が持てるホテルだ。というよりも大好きになった。
