Hotel with beautiful Matterhorn view, it is just directly in front of the room balcony. Hotel service is good and staff is friendly, always offering help. Location is excellent. Pick up and drop off service is also provided. Highly recommended!!

Hotel Bristol is a comfortable hotel in the heart of Zermatt, about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the train station but they do offer a shuttle service. Fabulous location with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Very convenient for getting gondolas up the mountains if you’re going hiking. Fantastic breakfast buffet in the morning.

You can tell the owners take a tremendous amount of pride in this property. Almost feels like a large bed and breakfast. Rooms are beautiful and the view of the Matterhorn was incredible !

We loved our stay at Hotel Bristol. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adorable and had a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. Everything is within walking distance but you can easily get a cab or bus. The morning we left, the hotel had a complimentary cab for us! We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had 10 in our group and everyone gave the property an A . The Staff is wonderful as is Francis and his wife who are the owners. The entire staff epitomized the meaning of Customer Service from breakfast to midnight. Our group could not have been more satisfied with our entire experience.

Front desk staff were so kind and helpful! Spa was a bonus! Rooms were clean and quant. Location was top notch with a great view of the Matterhorn and easy walk to the gondola to get up to the Matterhorn. Very close walk to the main shopping strip, restaurants and bar area. Also really loved the free shuttle service to and from the ZERMATT station. We would stay here again.
