"Wonderful stay with a bath, a view, and wonderful room and desk service. Really liked this location, as it was proximate to many great food options and shopping. Much more enjoyable, convenient, and budget friendly than APA from my own experience!"

"Staff is very courteous and helpful. Lounge area and in room music system were quite nice. Excellent location. Would easily stay here again. Only issue is lack of storage -no closet, drawers, shelves."
"The hotel space is pretty small, but if you really think about it, everything in Japan is small, no? The staff was pretty nice except for one at the front desk, i didnt get her name. The cleaning staff respected our wishes of days when we wanted to have the room cleaned / days where we wanted to not be disturbed. They even left us fresh towels and water bottles on days we did not want to be disturbed.
It is a 5 minute walk to multiple different stations which i really loved about this location and theres a family mart near the hotel, literally a 2 min walk. "
"We had a fantastic stay at &here hotel in Ueno. The location was excellent—just a short walk to JR, Chiyoda, and Ginza lines, making it super convenient for getting around Tokyo, directly to and from Narita airport on the Keisei Skyliner. It is situated at a location surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. It is also just across the street of the beautiful Ueno park.
The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Our room 901 was quiet, everything in working order. We had a very restful sleep during our stay. Cleaning service is not provided daily, however, garbage is cleaned out and clean towels are provided daily, which is more than sufficient for us.
An extension to my partner, Stephan's review on Google. A special mention goes to Do at the front desk. His level of customer service was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when we checked in. Truly some of the best hospitality we've experienced. Thank you.
Another highlight was the public bath on the top floor, which overlooked the pond at the Ueno park. It was such a relaxing and unique bonus.
We highly recommend this hotel and looking forward in staying at &here again the next time we will be in Tokyo."
"This year area feels less foreign touristy and more local touristy. But you get access to all the same arcades, great dining options, themed cafés without all the tourist crowds."
