"Alex greeted us at reception he was extremely polite, helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and surpassed our expectations. Location was superb to M4. Food in hotel was good and the seating area was cosy.(we weren’t aware that their parking was £3 per night however this didn’t detract us from our stay) Absolutely stay here again.
