「The room was immaculate upon arrival. Staff were friendly. Hotel was quiet. Private balcony was a great spot for coffee and to watch a rain shower and wildlife. It had everything we needed. A home away from home.」

「Worked perfectly for my son, grandson and I. Unfortunately we didn’t get to have the breakfast because we were fishing very early each day. Loved the location, close to restaurants and the lake.」

「AVOID, avoid! The place was filthy. The company Kasa demanded biometric data (is that even legal) ONE day before we were to arrive, It was an ultimatum - provide face scan or we CANCEL the booking. Their is NO ONE there is address any concerns. We bed frame was BROKEN and no one came to fix. There is NO ONE to help. I received multiple "we are looking into it" texts but absolutely nothing happened. so awful that I will never stay at a Kasa property again.」

「Room was even cuter than in the pictures! Each suite has a small, private-ish patio area outside with a table and two chairs. While we didn't use it, the Breakfast at Tiffany's suite had a gas grill and the patio was tucked away making it more private than some of the others. There is also a common area with a larger patio table and couches that was well lit at night. The rooms were clean and had great amenities, we especially appreciated the kitchenette. It is such a great area, so easy to walk...

「Great place to stay. So many fun options for the whole family. Only complaint is there was water leaking from the ceiling above one of our beds (so bed was wet). Manitience came a fixed the problem right away. It was great they came so fast, it just was a bummer that it disrupted our night/dinner. Fun place to vacation, highly recommend!」

「My husband, my daughter and another couple and their kids enjoyed the stay. A space was very big and we had lots of room. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishware we needed. It was one of the hottest days in early August, so the air conditioning could have been a little cooler but overall we were fine. Christine, the host was very accommodating and responsive.」

「The Parent Trap Suite at The American Hotel was perfect. It had everything one could need for your stay in Lake Geneva. The location is phenomenal, right in the middle of downtown Williams Bay. Terese was the consummate hostess. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Lake Geneva.」
