"We enjoyed the option to save money with one of their smaller (well, tiny) rooms since we weren't planning to spend any time in them except to sleep. The hotel itself was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go -- within easy walking distance to the Palace Theatre and His Majesty's Theatre -- and for general exploring and pub hopping. We only had breakfast twice in their main restaurant, but ended up almost every night for a pint in their Joe Allen restaurant."

"The hotel was under renovation when we stayed for a 5 day vacation. That did not bother us as we were out during the schedule d work time, the location is excellent, walkable to Kensington Palace , many restaurants, Hyde Park and 2 underground stations. I would stay again"

"It was a lot of confusion when I paid an extra 40 lbs to check in early but didn’t get too, so after arguing with them we did get in around 1130. Rooms are really small and so is the shower! I feel like we got put in a crappy room because we argued with them and ask to speak to the manager! The outside is beautiful and the restaurant inside Wes very good so no complaints other than the check in process!! I would stay again!!"
