「The hotel looked to be pretty full, yet it was nice and quiet. Slept like a baby」

「The breakfast lack flavor. The eggs were cold and tasteless. Sausage cold and tasted bad.」

「This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations.」

「All was great other than breakfast. No regular black tea, sausage overdone and dry, oatmeal was like soup and only skim milk.」

「Totally worth it for the money. Had a pleasant experience. The room has a funk to it, the hallways too. The wallpaper is peeling. There's some dead grout in the shower. I got used to it very quickly, though. It was spacious and well cleaned, just not well maintained so there's only so much the cleaning can do. Sometimes the key cards to the room stopped working, but the staff got it working again right away. Couldn't hear noise from the other rooms, but I could from the hallway.」

「They didn't have a working elevator which was a huge problem.Because I have a broken leg. They only had one Waffle iron in the morning, and they had people standing there, making up to 10 waffles. At a time, sending them up to their rooms and they ran out of Waffle. Batter, and it was just a corey runs situations.It looked like a hotel in baltimore where people lived, as opposed to a hotel where people go to stay and have a nice little weekend.」

「Skipped the breakfast but there were several options. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly and room table/wall surfaces could have used a little more cleaning focus. Beds were clean and nice. Bodywash in shower was empty. Room smelled VERY strong of Hawaiian air freshener. Parking was easy」

「We were given a smoking room initially which is absolutely disgusting. And then when we got in the room it felt so dirty that it was hard to feel comfortable. We tried watching TV but that didn't work and we both needed showers but the bathroom felt so awful that there was no way we would feel clean afterwards. There was also a lot of hair that didn't belong to either of us around the bathroom and all over the towels. I know it's a budget place but it doesn't take a lot to make sure the rooms...
