"Great location near the trout park made our daily trips very convenient. Home was finished very nicely & furnished beautifully for ultimate comfort plus the goody basket set-up was the perfect extra touch for our big dog. Co-host was very responsive to our needs and genuinely made us feel welcome and well cared for."

Secluded Woodland Cabin | Eggs & Hot Tub

"The title of the property listing says Eggs. We were so excited for the chickens and eggs! But either the hens didn’t lay any eggs, or they were collected prior to our daily checks. A few eggs in the fridge would be nice in this case, as we planned meals and had to drive 30 mins for eggs. The property is decorated well and enjoyable. Some of the cookware was very dusty, but overall the cleanliness was good. The lofted bed is quite short in height, think unable to sit up in bed… and I’m short. The couch is super comfortable but the pull out bed was not comfortable at all. We enjoyed the hot tub. The check in instructions were missing the door code. I asked and was given the code. But right before arrival was sent a different code, which worked. The WiFi was a challenge. The online communication and two areas of the property that listed the WiFi information were (the same, but) not correct. We were able to get the correct information through the app messaging. Although that was challenging because our cellular service was poor. Overall, I would stay again."

"It was a nice place to stay, mainly peaceful. There were critters in the night making noise but to be expected at the edge of forest. Comfortable furniture and nice amenities. I had forgotten my Bible so I appreciated they had one available. I t was also close to places we wanted to go. Check in and out was very easy. Nice place."

"Very peaceful, quiet and remote. We did not have cellular service on the property, but the Wi-Fi worked well. I recommend downloading your map to where you’re headed when you’re on Wi-Fi before you get in the car. My children loved the bunk beds and games here too. Kitchen had all of the basics to supplement things that we brought salt pepper and a few condiments were very, very helpful in keeping children happy and DoorDash is always helpful and does deliver to this address. Thank you for a perfect stay."
