We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The outside of the property was very under managed. Everything‘s overgrown had been mowed yet and this is April outside. Seating was covered. Had to sweep the porch to keep from tracking stuff in. Lotta stairs missed that in the pictures.
