What a pleasant surprise! My daughter and I were on a little mother-daughter road trip and booked this hotel at the last minute. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. All in all, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again! 😊
There was a microwave, iron, hair dryer and small refrigerator in the room which was nice. The lobby had a vending machine for some beverages but no food. Breakfast was pretty dismal, no decaf coffee in the morning since someone forgot to make it, and nothing but some dry cereal. The 2 people we saw during our stay were very nice and polite.
Thr ONLY reason I did jot give 5 stars is bc the selling points for me were the waterfall & the hot tub. With the last few weeks I had, I picked this place to be able to relax by the waterfall & do absolutely nothing and relax my body in the hot tub (which was desperately needed). The waterfall was hardly anything (which apparently the resort doesn't manage) and the hot tub was not working; they could've posted that information on their website. Other than that, the staff was phenomenal and super friendly.
Staff was excellent, welcoming and very personable. The hotel lobby was clean, well lit, and quiet. The pool was clean and was perfect for our family to take a dip in. Check-in and out was quick and painless, especially with the sweet staff. The room wasn’t the cleanest as there were small bits of toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom, a very dirty used wash rag on a shelf in the bedroom, and lots of dirt and debree around the edges of the furniture. My biggest complaints tho, were the beds and a/c… the beds were solid as a rock and painful to sit and lie on. The a/c did not maintain a decent temperature, no matter how low we set it, it only ran periodically and we would awake sweating. Neither of us adults got much sleep due to pain and being hot. So we will not be returning. A shame because the price was very reasonable and staff were excellent.
I will preface by mentioning this is the only hotel in the area we found that had decent reviews. I gave 4 stars because our room, although outdated and clean, had a strong mildew smell (opened a window to air it out seemed to fix it) and the “breakfast” was 2 choices of cereal, toast, muffins, milk and coffee. Beyond that, it’s a great spot to land last resort. Staff was friendly. If in a pinch, we’d stay again.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The staff was very nice .. Room was okay kinda a musky smell to it.. but beds were comfortable
Staff was welcoming, asked if we needed anything extra, I do wish there was 4 pillows instead of 3 but I did not ask for an extra since we were only there for 2 days. I think it was very well maintained.
My husband and I just stayed a week with Ajay and his staff.Everything was well maintained and very clean
Ajay and the staff made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Will be going back to Missouri in a couple months and won’t think of staying anywhere else…and the coffee is so good😀
While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon!
