The staff were accommodating as well as friendly. My check in was quick with no issues. The quality of service was excellent. The restaurant variety is impressive. The price point is one that you can not beat!

Comfortable, affordable

The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. It is an older building, so not perfect, but definitely cared for. Sufficient outlets. Good hot water for shower. Very good for passing through. Weekly rate was reasonable too. Nothing fancy, bed and bath.

The people that are involved with that hotel are all drug addicts and swerves. I felt very unsafe, two people in particular that live there, (Ginger and Debi) are thieves and cop callers. They need to be removed from the premises if you want the hotel to slightly have a chance of being a better place.

I liked that the rooms have a mini refrigerator and that there is a door between both rooms incase there was more people staying together. I didnt like that there wasn't a floor mat in the bathroom and or the shower on the floor- for safety.

The bed was comfortable. I slept on top because I didn't like how everything else was cleaned. The desk clerk told me she was going to put me in a quiet room. And she did. However, she then filled up the rooms around me with noisy people.

Blood on the floor.

It was a gross, nasty place. My room had feces on the wall, the bathroom ceiling was coming apart, the bed was on a metal pedestal in which had a sharp edge on the side at that cut my leg, there was what appeared to be dried blood underneath the desk on the floor.

The only counter space in the entire bathroom. A spider was in my face towel.

Mini fridge didn’t work, air conditioner leaked all over the floor, no hot water for shower.

Horrible

They didnt even give me the room i booked. It stunk so bad and we were in non smoking! Their were blood stains on the sheets. There was no lamp, no phone to call front desk. Then police were there twice. Front desk was banging on doors all night so loud. The shower was disgusting. I will never stay there again!

The linens were clean and new and the room was clean. There was an odor of male cat. Could have been a prior guest or long term neighbor (there were som that were a little loud) but I stayed there for a concert and for the price I was very impressed. Room deodorant cover the cat smell and like I stated the room was CLEAN and the linens were new and clean and the for the value I WILL stay here again. Not one bug or any of the horrors some of the negative reviews claimed other than noisey neighbors. And it was just loud tvs not partying

Beware.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bath room was sub par at best. The mattress was in a price of plywood.. The bad had a fitted sheet and only a lite bed spread. The lobby had a heavy smell of something like laundry detergent or some kind of spray..

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Horrible stay my room had no tv remote, no safety door stopper, no mirror looks like it was stolen, horrible conditions. My hotel room neighbor who I believe lives there was screaming until 3-4 am and would start all over again at 7-8 am quite obviously many drug deals and nasty behavior going on here 1000% would never recommend.

Horrible place and management

Too many bugs in the room Bugs are everywhere in the room. I have to buy many Disinfectant spray to spray the room days and night. I left Super 7 Inn on June 19th because of the bugs, and they refused to refund me the remaining's days, If I knew the room was infected with so many bugs, I will never book with Super 7 Inn. The management is horrible, not friendly. Send somebody to investigate the rooms, the front desk. Super 7 Inn owns me money.

never staying there again

i couldnt even get s receipt for the room charge. and when i went back to my room at 10 10 am on 2/18 my chechout day i was already locked out of my room as my room key was already deactivated!! i thought checkout was usually 11 am and unless they notify my any otherwise and they did not i assumed checkout was 11. so this was very bad business and rude. i wont ever stay there again!!!!
