「Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!」

「We got a one bedroom condo for the same rate we would have gotten a 2 queen hotel room. There was a pull out couch and we still had plenty of room for a queen sized air mattress. We had the two of us and our two adult children and had room to spare. We’ll never stay in a hotel room with the four of us again!」

「Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. I felt fortunate that the food was well done - but maybe a problem if choice was expected. There was no easy chair for lounging or reading as the room was small. The blazing room air conditioner...

「The property is wonderfully designed and maintained. The zero contact check-in went smoothly. The property is a nice walk to downtown and in the great historic residential neighborhood. They provided a lot of free healthy food for snacks and water. The property has a lot of parking.」

「Very spacious and nice, but check in was tedious and there was an overwhelming sewage smell during our stay. Both near our house and at the outside water areas. It completely ruined the experience and made us debate leaving early.」

「This place was exactly what we were hoping for - super cute, accommodating, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The house itself is gorgeous, with an adorable common area stocked with coffee, tea and games overlooking hills and trees through huge windows. If we had another trip to Eureka Springs, we would bee-line back to the Piedmont House.」
