「We had a simple maintenance issue with a toilet from the moment we walked in. For 3 days I called and requested a repair. Simply replacing the components inside the tank especially the flapper would have easily fixed the problem. If you can’t figure it out in 3 attempts just replace the entire toilet and remedy the problem. But NO, I had to be the official toilet flusher. For our entire stay the lid stayed off the toilet, I had to add additional water to the tank for each flush and manually...
