"We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. "

"We booked a jet tub room and i got in the tube and when i turned on the jets so much junk blew into the water that i wanted to vomit. The jets had not been cleaned in who k nows howong. It was nasty. "

"Nice clean comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Good adjacent restaurant. Only downside was a cold shower, it must have been at a popular shower time, because I had hot water a short while later. "

"We had no issues with the room or property itself but they did not have staff on site and they aren’t easy to contact. We were checked in by someone who came from a sister property 15-20 minutes after making the call we had arrived. We were checked in for maybe 6 hours before I went into unexpected labor and we had to pack up and leave. I returned our key cards to the drop box because there are no staff and reached out to request possibly a partial refund since we couldn’t stay the whole trip. I purchased travel insurance knowing that this could be a possibility and Expedia reached out on our behalf for a refund and they were unsuccessful. If you prefer to have staff on site and easy communication, this isn’t the place. "

"Great resort with a full game room for the kids. Outdoor pool area was closed seasonally, but the indoor pool & hot tub was more than adequate. Very friendly helpful staff!"
