Very nice staff at front desk at check-in and check-out. Room was clean enough, though a bit dated. The balcony view was nice. Breakfast at Myrtie Mae's, while not included in the stay, was reasonably priced and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again

Our first contact was the front desk agent, Stephon. He was genuinely happy to help us. Since we were new to the area, he took all the time to answer questions and give us suggestions. He gave us a map, some pamphlets and the menu (very affordable) for the restaurant. He really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was well appointed and spacious. Rate was good.
