「Clean. Didnt use pool but it was full. Had issue with dog barking but staff took care of that right away. Disappointed no microwave but not issue. The pillows were not to our liking but thaf was minor. 」
「We love this hotel. It was an unexpected surprise in the middle of Springfield downtown. There’s lots of food options right around this hotel, and we also went up to the rooftop bar, which is a blast! Bed was comfortable, clean in the room and all around the grounds, and the staff was nice. Highly recommend.」

「Everything was good except the continental breakfast is a cold breakfast during the week. So cereal, yogurt and toast. They only have forks and knives. I asked for a spoon and they said they are out, so now I’m trying to eat cereal and yogurt with a fork. Cereal was very difficult and ended up throwing it away!!」
「I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!」
「It is in a nice area with plenty of shopping, dining, coffee options. Our 2 bed, 2 bath room with a loft was perfect for a family of 4 with kids who are old enough to need privacy but too young for their own hotel room.」
