"Breakfast was horrible "

"Booket two rooms with two queen beds, and they overbooked and gave one of my rooms away, and had to settle for a king with a sofa bed. Customer service offered breakfast, but we were specifically going to leave the next morning for breakfast. As a whole, there was no real work to make things right."

"Hotel itself was nice. Clean and cozy. Problem arose when people could not control their children running back and forth through the parking lot at 9pm each night. I paid for the breakfast, she needs to keep quiet. The hot tub was shown online and when we got there it was cemented over. The front staff were great, but honestly we won't stay there again. We chose this for the breakfast and amenities....Major let down "

"The TV did not work and when I called down to ask about it, they told me to see if I could play with the wires in the back to get it to work. I eventually got it to work but not something you want to deal with when you’re really tired. I just wanna pop down in the bed and veg out for a few minutes… and then the lights were not intuitive and you had to play hide and seek to try to figure out how to put the lights on"
