「Clean but bed hard and pillows lumpy」

「Staff was wonderful. Property has been upgraded since our last stay. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Will stay there again.」

「This hotel is really run down. The carpet needs to be replaced and the whole place smells pretty bad. The breakfast Friday morning tasted pretty bad, but Saturday morning was much better. It was close to Sliver Dollar City and that was nice.」

「It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. 」

「初日、ノック聞こえた後すぐハウスキーピングが何も言わずにいきなり入って来た。 謝りの一言も言わず立ち去った事があった。 翌日以降は早めに外にステイリラックスの札を出すようにした。 それ以外は、清潔面、設備面では問題ない。 コーヒーがダイニングでいつでも無料、たまに出してくれる手作りクッキーは美味しかった。 ただ電子レンジ、冷蔵庫が部屋に無いのが残念。 朝食もヨーグルト、バナナ、パンケーキ、エッグ、ソーセージとなかなか種類が揃い満足出来る。」

「Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell 」

「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

「We checked in on Tuesday April 7 th , it was very smooth and stress free Thanks to Tamara she was able to get us show tickets and get us into Dolly Stampede that very night! We have stayed here before and we would definitely choose this place again. They are able to get discounted show tickets which is amazing and the breakfast buffet is absolutely the best Ive ever had with so much variety and staff were so good and attentive. We were only a few minutes away from the Dolly stampede and main...
