"Stay was ok. Breakfast the first day was short a few items, but was still ok. WiFi worked fine in the room, but not in the lobby. Room was comfortable. Staff was nice and attentive. As far as I could tell, probably the only hotel with an indoor pool in Eureka Springs, and it seemed like it was well maintained. The hot tub was not functional, looked like it needed to be relined. Close to several local restaurants and shopping. Only 5 minutes for downtown. Only negative is the bathroom. No ventilation, but two lights (regular lights as far as I could tell, not UV or heat). Shower was functional, but the curtain kept opening b/c the rod wasn't secure, which led to water spraying into the bathroom. A few things to fix really. But overall, good stay. I wanted a budget stay, and feel like I got what I paid for."

"Great, easy access location on the hwy. The jacuzzi tub rooms have their own parking and level behind the building next to the pool. The view was extremely relaxing and quiet. The room had a wine/champagne bucket and 2 glasses that was a nice touch for the jacuzzi tub. Loved the ceiling fan and the strong air conditioner kept the 90 degree heat outside. Friendly staff and everything was nice and clean. You wont be disappointed."

"Nice clean hotel not far from the historic district. Very quiet and parking was easy. Loved being able to sit in the hot tub after a long day of walking. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and offered recommendations on eateries in the area. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"3 hours late to getting our room ready, threw off our schedule by quite a bit, jacuzzi dirty, strong weed smells, amenities available but all close pretty early and disclaimers that they might close early if they feel like, tvs aren't modern, no streaming. Probably better suited for families with young ones who plan on not being in the hotel long and turn in early."

"A wonderful place! Quiet, peaceful, and calm. Excellent amenities, including a very comfy bed, a deck with a gas fireplace overlooking the lake, a grill on an enclosed (rainproof) porch, and a super shower & sauna. Pure delight!"
