「Our Condo was great! We had two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, one had a jacuzzi, two bedrooms, sofas, etc. It was very clean, and there was lots of space. Ozark Mountain Resort is a great place for the whole family (lake, pool, pickleball, trails, etc.).」

There was no on-site staff, no map, and no clear directions, which made it extremely difficult to find both our room and boat slip. We spent hours driving and walking around during a thunderstorm trying to locate everything, and check-in took nearly four hours. We were also not informed in advance that the boat ramp was closed, & the slip was meant for small...
