"The set up of the resort was super nice and it provided a relaxing atmosphere. I am an avid walker and was a bit disappointed by the lack of sidewalks throughout the secured area. The pond and water fountain area was dirty, the water had a bad smell and was murky you couldn’t see the fish. The outdoor swimming area was not open due to the time of year but appeared to be very nice. We did not utilize the indoor swimming area but it was nice as well. The amenities available made it so we didn’t have to leave the room to enjoy ourselves. It’s fun for all ages. Will definitely be staying again. "

"This was our 3rd or 4th stay, and it's always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and make check in and check out a breeze. Housekeeping always arranges my kids' million stuffies into a cute little set-up, and it makes their day. My family enjoys the breakfast and evening sweet treats much better than other places we've stayed in Branson. The location is perfect, with easy access to just about everything we enjoy doing. Parking is easy, and we have always felt safe."

"We took our young adult sons. We had a nice time and the Hyatt Lodges was great. Branson was a bit boring for our son's. There was almost no one their age in town. Great for seniors and families with small children. It would have been better if there hadn't been a cold front (22degrees). We would have hiked and maybe fished."

"Terrible place to stay. Something brown on the ceiling, looked like you know what. Water was shut off without notice. Other room’s fridge not working, half painted vanity. Tub peeling and looked dirty."

"This seems to be an older motel but is very affordable and we had no issues with anything. We love the location just above Tanger outlets because we can go directly to the strip or head down to Sheppard of the Hills drive to avoid traffic."
