"Host was responsive to the door lock needing new batteries. The house was good size for our group of 4. The kitchen was excellent! The location in the Sugar House area is good for food and services. It was still Christmas inside - mid February. There needs to be some attention to maintenance here. There are several items that just need some TLC. Missing a smoke detector in the main bedroom probably should be top of list. Apparently we were not the first ones to buy ground coffee before our arrival only to find a single serve Kurig machine (fortunately pods provided). It worked out for us as there were only 2 of us that drank coffee. Since this house sleeps 10, not sure how that is supposed to work out if there are many coffee drinkers... Didn't use the 2 person hot tub, and there was no snow shovel to take care of the snow we got while there. "

"It's a great location to go to the mountains,city,and not far from the airport. They communicated well with me.It's nice too because it's on a dead end street.So you've really got no traffic. There's a lot of places within five minutes drive to eat."
