This was such an amazing property! The history was so interesting. I wish we were staying a few more nights to take advantage of all the amenities. Stunning hotel, wonderful staff, very modern. The two not so great things I have to share was the toilet room of the bathroom had something on the walls and down by the trash can, not sure what it was, but was slightly off putting. Secondly, there were a set of adult handprints on the glass slightly above bed level. All in all, this is a gorgeous hotel, and I’d recommend it in the future.

We had an incredible stay! We had a room with a view of the Gateway fireworks and DJ, the NYE party was a blast and the food in the lounge was on par. This place looks amazing and has beautiful rooms. We stayed in 831 and I don’t know if the scent for the rooms are a tobacco base but the room smelled like stale cigarettes and we were above Flanker’s bar and you could hear the bass from the music there until 230 AM so it wasn’t quiet at all.

Beautiful hotel! I stayed with my daughter and was so impressed by the atmosphere and comfort. The restaurant was excellent, with a talented chef and amazing service—special thanks to Ella, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Everything from the water stations to the cozy rooms made us feel cared for. A wonderful stay!

The staff! I mean this place was incredible in every way, but the staff made the most impact. I booked this place for four my husband's birthday and everything was amazing. From check-in to The Rouser, to the hotel bar/restaurant, to the valet. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. We had a stellar experience and will definitely be back.
