"The hotel was clean, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. We booked this hotel while attending a concert at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, which was about a 25-minute drive away. There didn’t seem to be much immediately surrounding the hotel—we saw a Dollar General, gas station, and Dunkin’ a few miles away, although we didn’t spend much time exploring the area beyond driving into Syracuse for the concert. The hotel was easy to access, and we appreciated that we could get to it without having to walk or drive through the entire casino. Overall, it was a clean and convenient place to stay for our trip."

"The room was clean, staff helpful. There were some maintenance issues- water leak unrepaired in hall above elevator third floor. Painting in halls could have been less messy. We felt safe there."
