"Bathroom light didn’t work in our room. Took maint forever to come to tell us it would require extended work. Had to move rooms, for the light to go out after a day in that room. "

"Sia is exceptionally amazing. She has checked us in for the last 5-6 years. She has the most beautiful smile that lights up a room. She is respectful, thorough, friendly and professional. Each time we remember her because of her A1 customer service. She is always so helpful and answers all of our questions. What do I not say? This place is amazing. We've stayed here three times already. And each time it has been nothing short of an electrifying experience. Sia, at the front in check in person has been amazing all three times we have come. She is so welcoming. Greets everyone with a smile and gives thorough check in, stay and check out instructions. She really made our stay all three times. It's so serene. This is a no smoking hotel. There is no casino inside. This is great for us. There was no hidden fees. Parking was safe. The rooms are huge. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is not located in the best of places, however, we feel safe here. You feel like an elite here. During Christmas time it's not packed. We never saw anyone in the middle bar although we wanted to drink there a couple of times. We loved the complimentary breakfast there. We will continue to choose to come here. It's great to see a place love to take care of their establishment. There is a coffee/juice shop, candy shop and two restaurants here. Lots of parking. It's very quiet."
