「We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The house is comfortable and fully equipped with the essentials. The king mattress is firm, but comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom is stocked with extra toiletries, so if you forgot something, you don't have to worry. The water pressure in the shower is strong and the water is nice and warm, and plenty of towels. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. 「This property was perfect for my needs. I was being treated at St Anthony's in Lakewood which was only a few miles away down 6th Ave. It was quiet, clean and centrally located to anything I needed. I would definitely book it again.」

The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again. 」

The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends.
