「I feel like the description is a little misleading so our initial impression of the home was disappointment. It is not 2 bedrooms as listed. There are 3 beds, but 1 bedroom. The third bed is a pullout couch in the living room. When the description said ground level we were not expecting it to be in the basement. Because it is a converted basement there are low ceilings and tiny windows with very little natural light you can't tell you are at the beach. Once we got over our initial disappointment...
