「Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was great apart from a tea stain on the skirting board. Ridiculous charge of £20 pp to use the pool after 9am and no spa treatments available, so basically we could have stayed anywhere rather than having a “spa break “. 」

「Soon as we walked in it smelt like an old peoples home, fusty and old - in need of a good clean. Walls are paper thin, only one pillow each. Bathroom was awful, dirty toilet. Check in was easy enough and we didnt really use the amenities. The only reason we didnt leave and go somewhere else is because it was dirt cheap and we were only staying as it was close to the airport for a early flight. So really you get what you pay for but wouldnt recommend or go back」

「Lovely clean room perfect for my family of two young children staying … Clean and comfy bedroom, plenty of added extras - mini fridge, iron, hairdryer etc. pool was lovely - warm pool and steam room/jacuzzi very nice. Tasty brekkie with so many options including a cute children’s table! Staff friendly and helpful and went to extra mile to make us a hot chocolate on the evening for our children with cute smiley faces on when that technically wasn’t on sale at the bar… We will definitely be going...

「We have stayed here many times and generally it’s been very good, however on this occasion things were not on song, our first night the room was very noisy as a function was taking place and loud disco music until 1am, please avoid room 106. I did voice my complaint and reception staff moved us to a different room much better nights sleep second night. Reference to room 106, bed not comfortable and very low, bathroom was cold towel rail not heating up and loo seat falls down as won’t stay up....
