"Soggiorno di 5 notti non certo da 4 stelle ( almeno non ora rispetto al passato) ho lamentato dal mio arrivo la scarsa pulizia della camera ogni giorno, servizio colazione ottimo solo gli ultimi due giorni ( i primi giorni i vassoi alle 9.30 erano vuoti) mi sarei aspettata delle scuse o quantomeno uno sconto sul prezzo alla partenza ( il prezzo si che è di un hotel a 4 stelle) Molto delusa "

"The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped us get a taxi on short notice, and they responded immediately to our late-night challenge entering the room. We had four rooms, and three of us had trouble flushing the toilet, our hairdryer wasn’t hooked up, and the walls were very thin. I’m sure the staff would have been helpful for technical issues, but our stay was too rushed to report them. The property seemed very new - maybe still ironing out some bugs."
