Nachdem wir mitbekamen, dass Reservierungen in Eigenregie storniert wurden( d. das Hotel) wurde uns schon mulmig.
Unsere Reservierung mussten wir uns aus einem Stapel Blätter selbst raussuchen.
Danach war warten an der Reihe.
Nachdem dieses Spiel mit ca. 8 anderen Paaren/ Gruppen usw. betrieben wurde, war ein kleiner Spaziergang zum nächsten Herberge angesagt. Dort hat uns das Hotel eingecheckt und hier sollten wir nun bleiben.
Definitiv ein Upgrade jedoch auch das Geld...
"The hotel was nothing as described. Ants and cockroaches roaming on ceiling every nights.insects eggs filled the ceiling and walls Elevator and reception area has no aircond and it was so stuffy. and hot. the hotel always smell like smokes. foods was ok. not much of a selection.
i asked hotels.com for my refund but theyre still not response to my request"

I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money."

"Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Very good breakfast but the staff takes a long time to serve you coffee or eggs. Seems they need more organization in this area. "
"Absolutely perfect stay. The staff were attentive and made you feel welcomed all the time. The rooms were just the perfect setting - we had a suite with 2 bedrooms and it was super comfy. View was great too. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is just right - in front of beach and walking distance to everything in the town
Only thing to suggest to the hotel is consider charging F&M to the room instead of paying on the spot eg the pool area"
"First time in Vietnam and VinPearl, great staff, we had our own pool, transport always easy to get. free cable car made it easy to explore the mainland. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- awesome with the view over the bay. Love it. "
