The hotel was nice and clean with lots of different pools to enjoy from and a nice play area for small children. The hotel and shopping area are very kid friendly which suited our family well. The place is well suited for people who plan to stay at the vinpearl area. However, traveling from the resorts to anywhere outside the resort area will need golf cart rides and traveling to Na trang will require golf cart rides to the cable car area, cable car ride to get to the city and taxi rides to get around so it could end up being a quite a journey.

For this hotel you have to choose the executive building (new building) instead of the deluxe, which is very small and old. I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect

Our best resort in Vietnam

We stayed at different Vinpearl resorts and hotels but Vinpearl Nha Trang resort is still our favorite. We felt the welcome attitude from the staffs, especially Ms. Thuyen - the manager - she was very friendly, we couldn’t get the late check out from the front desk but she decided to gave us the late check out. They have excellent customer services, room was clean, comfortable. The only thing was uncomfortable: some of local customers cut the waiting line at the restaurant and at the front desk ; the Russian customers took our seats at the beach even with our personal things on it - not the resort’s fault. We will visit again

We booked the 3 bedroom villa and it was spacious for our family of 4 travelling with grandparents and an uncle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is deep with no kid safety fence so have to be extra careful with watching kids. Facilities were great and buffet breakfast was delicious

The villas are lovely, main pool nice, beach gorgeous. However there’s No crockery in the villas, Pool was not maintained, resulting in a cloudy pool. Decking was broken, we all fell through the broken decking. Half day VinWonders is a lie.

Amazing location and island

A fantastic place to stay with family or as a couple. The resort was great and the villas are the best I’d ever stayed in. Super modern and very large and extravagant. The property is huge, so moving around is easy with a golf cart service provided whenever and wherever you need to go across the resort and island. Super close ride to the Harbour Town for restaurants and shopping and also close to the theme park. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

The property was very beautiful and well kept. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The views were extraordinary and the future developments will be amazing upon completion. I cant believe more people are not rushing to visit this wonderful place.

It's more like 4-star hotel.

Room service was quite slow. Cleaning below average, quality is more for 3star hotel. Staff is friendly, but some training would be necessary to get better quality.
