Can do better for 4-star hotel

Experience was fair, would like to highlight: (1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim; (2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage; (3) Hotel was surrounded by construction; (4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety. A good point was the location, it was near the beach, as well as VinWonders cable car / speedboat station.

Reasonable price with excellent service! The front desk staff (especially ‘Minh Phu’ who knows a bit Chinese), bell boys, staff at restaurant, and the like provide very good services! The restaurant is crowded with noisy group visitors during breakfast time. Don’t come down too early. The swimming pool is beautiful but much smaller than it looks in the photos.

Bra hotell med hyggelig betjening. Rommet var også veldig bra med oppholdsrom og 2 soverom. Det var kort gangavstand til strand og hovedgater. Det som trekker litt ned er at det var varierende renhold på rommet og de kunne gjerne komme 2 ganger på ettermiddagen og kvelden for å fylle på med håndklær og minibar/vann. Dette bør de ta samtidig med rengjøringen av rommet. Middagen på hotellet var heller bare OK, så gå de minuttene det tar til hovedgaten for å spise. Men absolutt et hotell jeg kunne bodd på igjen.

This hotel has seen better days. It was in an OK spot for walking to tourist areas, but surrounded by construction, and the hotel is very run down. The pictures look way better than the actual hotel. The spa in the hotel was very unprofessional. Another therapist kept coming in and out of the room, and they were talking and laughing loudly. I would not recommend staying here.

Bon hotel mais quartier en travaux

Hôtel neuf dans un quartier en plein développement, des chantiers partout. L'établissement est surtout occupé par les Chinois et les Russes. Très bruyant dans la salle du petit déjeuner, on se croit à la cantine de l'école, beaucoup de choix au buffet mais pour les Chinois, pas de viennoiseries. La chambre est spacieuse, la bord de mer est à 500m.

굉장히 친절한 직원들

need to walk 5mins to the hotel, road to the hotel is not fully done hence there were many rocks/dust when you walk to the hotel. our king bed was 2 single beds combined and can feel the gap in between when you sleep. overall it was comfortable and good. friendly staff!

도심에서 약간 떨어져있는 호텔 조식은 괜찮은편이나 중국인이 많다. 시설은 깨끗하나 조금 시끄럽다. 중국인 때문에 밤 11시가 지나는데 시끄럽게 했는데 제재하는 사람이 없다 좀 짜증난다. 분명히 체크인 할때 공항셔틀 예약 했는데 택시를 불러준다. 좀 어이가 없음

Very clean, and nice staff. Kingsize bed really was super kingsize! The pool was on front of the entrance so not very private. A bit noisy because there was constraction Works around the hotel. Within walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Worth the money for us.

The hotel was good, clean, fairly new. Included breakfast with great Vietnam coffee and buffet. The only problem was that surrounding the property on four sides is nothing but a construction site, so beware !!!

ビーチからは少し離れていますが、プールやマッサージ、ジムなど設備は充実していて、とてもホテルにいる時間が充実して過ごせます。また、清潔感もあり、従業員の対応もとても良いです。ぜひ、また使用したいです。
