This hotel is located in a fantastic area. Though my trip was filled with rain and storms the hotel had loaner umbrellas. My only complaint is the elevator is very slow and small

Rooms are modern and clean. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. They are always smiling and welcoming. Annie, the reception manager was particularly wonderful, always checking in on us to make sure we were having a good time. Hotel pool was nice, lots of shade and a nice breeze to keep cool. Beach just across the road with vendor for sunbeds and umbrellas. He gives StarCity guests free beds but it’s limited. We didn’t have a problem during our stay in Oct. Hotel is next to Winmart supermarket and plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Highly recommended hotel.

Nice staff, helpful. Reasonable hotel very clean and modern but basic amenities. Would advise to stay but only option we were offered was 2 large single beds, no option for a double/king bed. Not ideal for couples. Nice hotel in general.

Short walking distance to one of the beautiful beaches of Nha Trang, to the night market, and to the tons of restaurants makes the hotel is the best of the bests. On top of that, staff are so awesome. Anne and her team always greet us with smiles, friendliness and kindness. We will definitely stay at the Starcity again!

Very goog location

A room was upgraded to a sea view without charge. A little negative with this room was that the water leaked a little after showering or all in all was very satisfied. The hotel is located by the shopping mall, coffee shops …and the pedestrian crossing - you have to walk slowly across the street, so drivers can avoid you and very important, DO NOT RUN fast across the street.
