"Cleanliness, Amenities, Location: Room is clean and of comfortable size, kettle is available for the tea/coffee provided in the room, hot/cold water pressure and drainage in the shower room is great, hotel is conveniently located near shopping buildings as well as train stations. Also, the excellent breakfast spread."

"The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays."

"Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern. Would stay here again the next time I am at KL. "
