This place was amazing, it’s at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Very neat and clean place, I highly recommend this place and the staffs were very helpful Ismail and Saiful they were great at helping me with the accommodation and information about the area.

This is worst place I have ever stayed. MY was my parents first international trip, and they had worst experience. First they didn't come to check us in. Second, after a guys came n gave some different room saying we didn't check your reservation. Third, they asked us to switch rooms the next day, had to change our tour plans coz of this, where in the person of incharge was not responsible enough to pick our call. The place stinks like hell, saw couple of cockroaches, booked this room so that we can cook sometime if we feel like, omg the vessels were idk when it was kept. If this review helps, please avoid this. I should have read more reviews before booking. Don't spoil your trip.

ロケーションはBerjaya Square直結でとても便利。 一方、部屋は掃除が行き届いておらず、テーブルには埃があり、ベッドシーツ等は汚れや匂いが目立った。 あまりにも想像と違ったため、別のホテルに移り理由を説明して返金を求めたが、返金はプラットフォーム経由でのやり取りになると説明された。そしてプラットフォーム経由で申請したが、プラットフォーム側には返金しないと伝えたようで拒否された。 返金を求めた際にハウスキーパーを注意する、減給する等の発言があったがその場しのぎの対応でした。 清潔感を求めず、便利なロケーションのみ追求する方にはオススメです。

長期滞在用の様で、ホテルとはシステムが違っていた。 広くて、ベッドも大きい、眺めも最高　ツインタワーが真正面に見える部屋でのんびりできた、インビと言うモノレールの駅が道路の反対側にあり、KL sentral駅へも3MR程度で、4駅程度。リキッビンタンの中心であり、交通は至極便利であった。 ホテルでないので、安く自炊して生活する長期滞在などには良いと思えた。
