"My favorite hotel in Malaysia! The staff were so helpful and personable. Every detail was thought of and this made for a cosy, comfortable stay. The salt water pool was an added touch. We will definitely be back!"

"Very close to downtown Chinatown. Great restaurants. Clean rooms with friendly front desk. "

"Excellent stay, great location, beautiful room, friendly and welcoming staff"

"Great location. Very clean. Excellent service. Great price for the value"

""Casa Mutiara is a cozy and convenient spot in Kuala Lumpur with a great location and a nice pool!" "

"This hotel in an old building. That said, the elevator, air-conditioning, shower, toilet, all worked. The desk staff and doorman were very helpful. The breakfast was OK, but I was disappointed that it was an Ameri-Brit buffet. We chose this hotel because of location which was incredible. We were at the market in Chinatown. Very fun. The hop on hop off bus was a good value and was close. Fun shopping and food out the front door."

"It’s very nice location , specially with the price of this property also the team that works on the property good and friendly ."

"Even though hotel says Bukit Bintag it’s a little further away. Breakfast was ok and rooms were not great and the sofa in the room was a bit dirty. Rooms were very small. Staff didn’t show care and smile is not there. Wonder why these hotels can’t train their staff to smile and show genuine hospitality concern. Stayed for a night so can’t complain too much"

"WhatsApp is needed for communications. The property was great only issue i had was a few days into our stay the power went out with a notice on the door, but was quickly resolved within minutes of contacting the host. Will book again and recommend to others."

"Convenient location, nice stay"

"Absolute worst place I've ever stayed in, it's disgusting, smells horrible, the staff were really bad and people there were very strange. Don't stay there"

"Avoid staying at this place, it is disgusting. My family and I had to go to another hotel. The pictures are not even close to what you are going to expect."

"Good room and location. "
