"Location is very central, close to shops and restaurants. Shopping malls are at walking distance. Good for family with kids. We took double bedroom and it suited us well. Staffs are welcoming and very helpful. "

"The hotel communicated with me before arrival ensuring I had all the necessary information. Check in was fast and simple. The room was clean, neat and had everything I needed. The rooftop pool area had a comfortable seating area and was breezy in the afternoon. It was very close to Jalan Alor area so lots of eating options. Walkable to KLCC park and Petronas Towers, Tomes Square and KL Forest Echo park. Overall great value and I’d stay there again. "

The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. "Hotel was very good. Its only improvement should be the downstairs waiting area. It should be bigger, preparing for the rise of e-hailing Grab/Uber cars. "

"This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend. Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious. "
