The hotel is rated as 5 stars, but the services was not really worth 1 star. The check in was very confusing and terribly
long! There was only one receptionist who seemed to be slow (perhaps a difficult customer?). There was one customer in front of us (not counting the one being served) and after we had waited for 10 to 15 minutes they left yhe line in frustration. Finally a second receptionist showed up. The receptionest wasn't friendly. No one helped us with our luggage. The room was very small. No complimentary tea, coffees or coffee maker. Our room doesn't have safe or refrigerator. The worst part was our next door was very loud. We can hear everything. It was very hard to get any good sleep. Breakfast was very good. Our room was very clean.
