"De sfeer is erg zakelijk. Zakelijk ontvangst, veel regels, zwembad benauwd tussen de hoge torens. Ontbijt met een voucher in 1 van de twee lunchrooms die ook erg zakelijk en sober waren. Appartement bij oplevering niet al te scoon, maar na schoonmaakbuurt volgende dag was het wel schoon. Wel ruim en moderne appartement. Geen koffieapparaat. De heren van de beveiliging wel erg behulpzaam en aardig. Qua locatie op loopafstand van alles in en rond centrum."

"This hotel does not meet 5-star luxury standards, mainly due to poor service and lack of attention to guests. Check-in was delayed by over 40 minutes, and the room was not ready upon arrival. Unlike standard 5-star hotels, there was no luggage assistance or room escort. We had to carry our own luggage and navigate a large, confusing building with multiple elevator, asking staff for directions along the way. Despite submitting a clear special request for a high floor, good lighting, and city...
